Required Experience/Skills:

  • Analysis, modeling and documentation of business program requirements. This includes but is not limited to the following:
    • Elicitation and confirmation of functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Business process modeling, data/class modeling and other business analysis modeling techniques.
    • Analysis and documentation of current processes;
    • Identifying and documenting use cases (scenarios) representing users’ workflows and tasks
    • User interfaces mockups
    • Assisting with the development of business cases, project charters and project plans
  • Analysis of existing data and design of conversion processes
  • Change management experience
  • Performing business analysis activities during all phases of the system development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.
  • Development of detailed functional test scenarios that will be used to validate acceptable functional behavior of the system.
  • Assistance with the conduct of iterative Functional, System and User Acceptance Testing
  • Providing status reports to the project manager
  • Willingness to travel if required

Desired qualifications:

  • Computer science, business administration or other relevant degree
  • Minimum 7+ years progressive experience in business analysis activities, documentation, system implementation and support
  • 3+ years of demonstrated relevant experience in Health IT Systems – preference given for demonstrated experience in Pharmacy and Pharmacy related IT systems.
  • Written and spoken competency in English is required.  
  • Experience working for government departments would be considered an asset
  • Experience facilitating workshops
  • Familiar with development methodologies
  • Experience using Microsoft products, especially Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communicative skills both written and verbal.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • A university degree in Business, Computer Science or similar discipline is preferred but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • 8 or more years of recent experience as a Full Stack Developer of digital products and services.
  • 8 or more years experience using a variety of web development tools, including .NET framework using C#, ASP.Net – MVC or ASP.Net Core, SQL, JavaScript front end frameworks, Angular, C++, PHP, HTML5, Single Page Web Application Development.
  • Building APIs and integrating systems designed using RESTful web services or SOAP protocol and familiar with SAML 2.0 or OpenID authentication protocol.
  • Experience developing/supporting applications in an AWS (or other cloud) environment.
  • Working knowledge of Visual Studio.
  • Familiarity with source control such as GIT or SVN.
  • Extensive experience with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in agile teams. Follow agile software development practices to align with team’s cadence and achieve sprint goals.
  • Experience working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to understand requirements and translate user stories into technical designs and prototypes.
  • Create and debug application interface layers that allow services to connect to needed information, including the bridging of new and existing services.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure clarity of user, business, and operational needs and proper translation to technical terms.
  • Involvement in efforts related to data structure design, data migrations, data validation, data cleansing, and data conversions.
  • Automated Testing experience (Selenium, WebdriverIO, Mocha, Chai, Postman, and Jest).
  • Support code that has been moved to production in cases where errors or problems occur.
  • Provide appropriate documentation to support all code
  • Skills and experience in effective knowledge transfer techniques to help team members and sustainment resources to better understand technical aspects of developed products and services.
  • Experience with DevOps practices would be considered an asset.

Digital Six is looking for an experienced individual to fill a Senior Change Management role on project-based and client-facing service engagements. Specifically, qualified candidates should possess qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills to address the following:

Responsibilities (as required by clients):

  • Work with organizations to build knowledge and expertise of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Help leaders and teams enhance their capabilities to understand how change impacts people, the reasons why people resist change and how to support people as they transition through change
  • Support leaders in their role as change champions
  • Collaborate and work effectively with individuals and teams to integrate change practices at all levels of the organization
  • Develop and implement a Change Management Strategy and Communication Plan for managing and communicating the change throughout the life of the project
  • Maintain a stakeholder assessment which identifies the individuals and groups affected by the change
  • Ensure the alignment of change management activities with participating stakeholders to smooth the adoption process and contribute to problem solving resulting in successful implementation
  • Ensure that customers and stakeholders are actively engaged in the change, consulted with and communicated to
  • Build consensus among customers and stakeholders on specific changes designed to better meet their needs
  • Be an active and visible coach to stakeholders
  • Work with solution partners to remove barriers to change
  • Report to leadership the status of the communication and change management plans
  • Develop and evolve the change management centre of excellence to support the rollout of future initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent related qualifications).
  • 10+ years’ experience in a Change Lead and/or Management Consultant role, on medium to large transformation projects
  • 8+ years’ demonstrated experience in development of training, communication, and change management programs and plans
  • 8+ years’ experience identifying and assessing change impacts to the organization’s business processes and technology solutions
  • Experience in health care sector, and/or digital health is preferred
  • Project experience in citizen facing applications, interfaces and access to digital health records, or Canada Health Infoway projects is an asset
  • Extensive experience in change management industry standards, best practices and methodologies, with a certification in industry-standard change management methodology and PROSCI, CCMP, CMS, or other certification being preferred
  • Experience in a consulting environment; implementing technology projects
  • Experience working directly with senior management and leaders of the organization
  • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills
  • Strong conflict management, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience managing change in unionized work environment and in the public sector is considered an asset
  • Experience in agile development
  • Willingness to travel

Required Experience/Skills:

  • A University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or certification in Information Technology from a recognized community college.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 10 Years of IM/IT Experience of which 8 is in solution design and modeling concepts.
  • Extraordinary portfolio of shipped work demonstrating impactful architecture leadership and exemplary understanding of application architecture and and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience working with various technology and solution platforms or components is considered an asset.  Describe working knowledge of things such as firewalls, networks, servers, integration, security certificates, etc.
  • Experience designing large-scale systems and applications
  • Experience with one or more of the following CRM/CXM platforms Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic Qualtrics and/or Oracle is an asset
  • Experience working in and leading collaborative teams, partnering closely with key stakeholders to define use cases and requirements, and working directly with developers, UI/UX designers, and business analysts, and QA in the design, build and implementation of COTS and Custom solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Experience working in public sector would be considered an asset
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation, teaching, and coaching

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in UX design, interaction design, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
  • Extraordinary portfolio of shipped work demonstrating impactful UX design leadership and exemplary understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Experience developing UX across different types of devices and screen sizes.
  • Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as wire-framing (Azure, Figma, Sketch) and graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of user-centered design, user testing methodologies, usability, and accessibility standards and practices (WCAG 2.0, 2.1)
  • Fluency in information architecture
  • Experience designing large-scale systems and applications
  • Experience working in a collaborative team, partnering closely with key stakeholders to define use cases and requirements, and working directly with developers on implementation of your designs.
