Provided project management, functional and technical resources to a provincial health department to complete the analysis and design phases of pan Canadian disease surveillance system. The team successfully delivered all project, functional and technical documentation required for both phases. Chaired management meetings with various stakeholder groups and presented project updates during Steering Committee and Regional Advisory Team meetings. Worked with IBM, Business Objects, Zythos, and other software vendors to determine the hardware/software stack required for the provincial implementation.
Provided management consulting services for a private health care provider in determining the technology and support requirements to deliver optimal services to their international client base. Completed a gap analysis (current/future with process diagramming) and delivered an IT modernization roadmap.
