Digital transformation

Provided program management oversight and guidance of a provincial digital transformation initiative. Successfully led a team of 25 employee and consulting resources in the delivery of citizen services using agile product development and concurrent workstreams.


Managed a team of client resources in the Procurement Phase of a core registries replacement program for a public sector client. Directly responsible for the completion of the following: Program Governance, Procurement Sourcing Strategy, requirements documentation and approval, RFP development (negotiated RFP process with BAFO), development of Evaluation criteria and tools using the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Model, managing Vendor response period, RFP Evaluation and Vendor Shortlisting, Solution Development and Vendor selection.
