The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst to join a client-facing engagement focused on Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM modules. The ideal candidate will bring deep configuration knowledge and hands-on experience working with stakeholders to optimize business processes across finance, procurement, HR, or related functions.
This role will work closely with technical teams, business analysts, and client SMEs to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions aligned to business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, HCM, Procurement, etc.)
- Conduct functional requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
- Configure modules based on business needs and industry best practices
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and support training efforts
- Act as liaison between technical teams and business users
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend optimizations
- Develop documentation for configuration, process flows, and user procedures
- Support change management and adoption activities
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
- 7+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion)
- Deep functional knowledge of at least one major Oracle Fusion suite: Financials, HCM, Procurement, or Projects
- Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and deployment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working directly with end-users and business stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead client workshops and document outcomes
Preferred:
- Oracle Cloud Certification(s)
- Experience in public sector, healthcare, or higher education
- Familiarity with change management practices
- Working knowledge of Oracle BI/OTBI reporting tools
- Bilingual (English/French) communication skills
- Willingness to travel if required
